The terms that govern use of our website and the Backstage member portal.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the North Creek Kids website (northcreekkids.com) and the Backstage member portal (backstage.nchstheatreco.com) (together, the "Services"), both owned and operated by North Creek Kids, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Bothell, Washington. By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
North Creek Kids provides fundraising, volunteer coordination, communications, and technology support for youth educational and extracurricular programs, including North Creek High School Theatre and local Cub Scout and BSA troops.
Backstage is provided to members, volunteers, and families of the programs North Creek Kids supports for the purpose of coordinating rehearsals, volunteer shifts, productions, and related activities. When using Backstage, you agree to:
If you opt in to SMS notifications through Backstage, you agree to receive text messages related to rehearsals, volunteer coordination, productions, and other operational communications as described on our SMS Information page. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. SMS consent is never required to participate in a program supported by North Creek Kids.
North Creek Kids is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Donations are used to support the programs we work with. Donations may be tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law; please consult a tax advisor regarding your specific circumstances. Donations are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
The North Creek Kids name, logo, and website content are the property of North Creek Kids and may not be used without permission, except as necessary to share information about the programs we support.
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the extent permitted by law, North Creek Kids and its volunteers and directors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective date" above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law principles.
